Description

This intimate gathering is a beloved Women In Tune event and we're happy to bring it back for Fall 2014.

Producer, arranger, and songwriter Eve Nelson '86 invites the Women In Tune community into her home again for food, friendship, and most importantly, conversation. Eve is bringing in two industry powerhouses to join us to discuss songwriting, publishing, and being a working woman in the LA music industry:

Shelly Peiken is a Grammy-nominated songwriter with hits including Christina Aguilera's "What A Girl Wants" and has worked with artists such as Keith Urban, Selena Gomez, and Celine Dion. She writes for Huffington Post.

Suzan Koc began her career at Warner Chappell France and has since worked for Hit and Run Music and BMG Rights Management. She specializes in working closely with songwriters. Also, she is the president of the Songwriter's Rendez-Vous Workshops, a series of six-week songwriting mentoring sessions.

RSVPs required.

Light refreshments will be served. Guests are welcome to bring snacks or drinks to add to the gathering.
